Interconnect has worked for the Co-op Group for 5 years and is the main 'moves, adds and changes' installer at the Manchester HQ as well as the preferred cabling installer for Co-op locations nationwide.
Interconnect also provides cabling maintenance for over 1100 sites for the Co-op Group throughout the UK from the Orkney Islands to the Channel Islands. The contract is based on "within 48 Hours fix" and has a 100% delivery record.
A recently completed contract has been to install cabling in over 200 stores to facilitate real time pricing information to be passed to all stores nationally.
Furthermore, Interconnect have been instrumental in cost efficiencies for the Co-op Group by introducing and managing a relationship between a technology manufacturer and Co-op group for the delivery and installation of "E Commerce" equipment, showing Interconnects flexibility outside the cabling arena.
